We are looking for a talented Quantitative Analyst with expertise in stock trading domain and programming/database skills. Candidate will be responsible for R&D unit activity working along with Quantitative Research talents. Project is oriented on the creation, exploration, and enhancing proprietary financial models and algorithms. Customer's company operates in several countries, including the USA, UK, Australia.
Requirements:
- 3+ Years of working experience as Data Analyst or Quantitative Analyst in finance domain (stock trading)
- A degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Computer Science
- Be proficient in C# and/or Python, R.
- Familiarity with data architecture, data modeling concepts, and algorithmization.
- be able to identify business problems and propose data-driven solutions.
- English skills sufficient for fluent spoken communication
Nice to have:
- Experience in back testing historical performance of various financial strategies
- Knowledge of ML frameworks, libraries, data structures and data modeling
- Experience with BI tools such as Amazon QuickSight or Superset
