Job description

AN AMERICAN M&A FIRM WITH OFFICES IN USA AND UKRAINE IS EXPANDING IN TO EUROPE. WE ARE SEEKING 2 M&A (BUSINESS BROKER) ADVISERS TO OPEN OUR NEW OFFICE IN TBILISI. WE HAVE OVER 32 YEARS EXPERIENCE SELLING BUSINESSES AND STRUCTURING M&A DEALS. ADVISORS MAKE MORE THAN DOCTORS AND ATTORNEYS WITH AVERAGE INCOME WORLDWIDE OF €150,000 OR MORE. SENIOR AND EXPERIENCED ADVISORS MAKE OVER €1 MILLION YEARLY. SEE AMERICA2030.NET.

The candidate will search for business owners throughout Georgia that would like to sell their firm, merge it or obtain financing. The typical firm will have a sales price of €3 million or more. The candidate will build a portfolio of such businesses. The business will then be offered for sale to International investors. Our typical success fee is 6 to 7 figures. Average M&A Adviser/Broker closes 1-5 deals per year. I personally have made approximately $100 million in 32 years buying, selling, operating and brokering businesses and commercial real estate in the USA.

Our Requirements:

• Fluency in English language;

• Self starter and self motivator;

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience;

• Financial and business aptitude and comprehension;

• Persistent and relentless personality;

• Ability to search for large businesses for sale in Georgia;

• Ability to perform business analysis, review and underwriting;

• Ability to interact with CEO, COO or CFO;

• Assist with preparation of materials for marketing purposes;

• Strong negotiation skills;

• Professional conduct and appearance;

• Own car;
