EMG Post is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Tbilisi. This is a full-time, office-based role.
EMG Post has delivered parcels between Georgia and 150+ countries since 2011.
What you'll do:
Handle inbound leads by phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger and email
Qualify leads and log them in the CRM
Advise clients on rates, transit times and customs
Close deals and meet monthly targets
Sign businesses to regular-shipment contracts.
Requirements:
1+ year in sales, customer service or a call centre
Fluent Georgian, Russian and English
CRM experience.
We offer:
Fixed salary plus uncapped commission
Bonus of 2,500–3,000 GEL per month
