We are growing rapidly and looking for a proactive Business Analyst / Project Manager (BA/PM) who will lead the process of translating business requirements into development, manage timelines, and coordinate teams across FinTech, Legal Tech, and B2B services. Responsibilities

● Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Interview stakeholders and formalize business requirements from internal teams and international B2B clients.

● Process Modeling: Map and optimize business processes (“As-Is” / “To-Be”) using BPMN / UML notations.

● Documentation Development: Write clear Technical Specifications for dev and IT teams (User Stories, Use Cases, BRD, SRS, Acceptance Criteria).

● Solution Design: Work through the logic of international payment scenarios and API integrations with fintech platforms and legal services.

● Timeline Planning & Control: Build project roadmaps, decompose tasks, plan sprints, and track deadlines.

● Facilitating Agile Processes: Host daily stand-ups, sprint planning, demo presentations, and retrospectives.

● Risk Management: Identify potential risks and blockers during the development phase and proactively find solutions. Requirements

● Experience: 5+ years as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Project Manager (experience in Gamedev, FinTech, E-commerce is a major plus).

● Hard Skills: ○ Excellent knowledge of BPMN 2.0, UML, and project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall). ○ Proven experience managing projects from idea to release. ○ Understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP), web service architecture, and ability to write basic SQL queries. ○ Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Miro / Figma / Visio (setting up boards, sprints, and reports).

● AI Tools: Ability to actively use AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to accelerate documentation writing and hypothesis generation.

● Languages: English — B2/C1 level (for international documentation and partners) + fluent Georgian.

● Personal Qualities: Leadership, time management skills, accountability for results, ability to structure chaos, and strong negotiation skills. What We Offer
