Vital Partners is a boutique recruitment agency specializing in talent search across EU, CIS, MENA and Asia.

We are looking for a Junior Sourcer / Recruitment Researcher to join our fully remote team.

What you’ll do:

You receive a hiring task → build a search strategy → find relevant candidates → reach out to them → collect initial information → coordinate the screening with our recruiter.

You’ll use LinkedIn, GitHub, Indeed, Facebook and other relevant sourcing channels.

Who we’re looking for:

• Structured and organized, with a clear approach to the sourcing process
• Smart and curious, with the ability to find alternative ways when the initial approach doesn’t work
• Focused on efficiency and always looking for ways to make the work faster and easier using different tools, sources and techniques
• Able to understand where a search problem occurs, why it happens and what can actually be changed
• Responsible and able to distinguish between things they can control and external factors
• Comfortable starting conversations with people they have never met
• Good at keeping track of details and following the process from the initial search to the recruiter screening

English B2+
Russian - confident working level
