Andersen is hiring a Junior Business/System Analyst for a project developing a scalable B2B web portal and streamlining digital business processes.

Andersen is a pre-IPO software development company that provides a full cycle of services, following project management standards and best practices. For over 19 years, we have been helping enterprises and middle-sized firms transform their businesses by creating effective digital solutions using innovative technologies. Our diverse expertise extends across FinTech, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom, Media & Entertainment, Logistics, Travel & Hospitality, eCommerce, and more.

The project is focused on developing and enhancing a B2B web portal that enables businesses to efficiently access services, manage interactions, and perform key operations online. It aims to provide a scalable, reliable, and user-friendly digital platform that streamlines business processes and improves the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Working with Confluence and Jira.
Writing User Stories.
Writing Use Cases in Confluence.
Communication with PO.
Communication with business.
Working with OpenAPI spec (reading and understanding).

Must-haves:

Experience as a Business Analyst for 6+ months.
OpenAPI specification.
Documentation in Confluence.
Task and requirements tracking in Jira.
Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
