As our Talent Acquisition and Development Department continues to grow, a1qa is looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant (Psychologist) to join our team.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic professional who is interested in Human Resources, learns quickly, enjoys communicating with people, and is ready to work in a dynamic environment. We provide full training, supportive colleagues, and exciting opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct online interviews with candidates of various experience levels, including entry-level specialists;

• Assess candidates' personal competencies and potential;

• Collaborate closely with technical experts during the recruitment process;

• Work with internal corporate systems and recruitment tools;

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management (mandatory);

• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher (interviews with English-speaking candidates are part of the role);

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

• Clear speech, professional attitude, and friendly communication style;

• Ability to multitask and effectively manage large volumes of information;

• Strong stress-management, attention to detail, and self-organization skills;

• Willingness to learn and develop in the field of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
