We are in search of a Systems analyst ready to take our team to the highest standard of product quality.

If you have:

Minimum 4 years of experience working as a Systems Analyst/Architect in an IT company.
Proficient in working with XML, JSON, and understanding the principles of REST, SOAP, and microservices architecture.
Experience with ER diagrams and modeling business processes (UML, IDEF, etc.).
Proven ability to write documentation, including functional/business requirements and technical specifications for development.
Strong knowledge of software development principles, user interface design, and application integration.
Hands-on experience in software development and describing database structures.

Nice to have:

Experience in database design.
Knowledge of distributed systems principles (clustering, partitioning, sharding).
Familiarity with the mentioned technology stack.
Familiarity with reading code in TypeScript, Python, or Rust.
Higher technical education.

Evaluate and implement optimal solutions for assigned tasks.
Clarify, detail, and systematize functional and non-functional requirements for new products from business stakeholders.
Define requirements for features, both new and enhancements to existing ones.
Participate in architecture development, discussing implementation options with the architect and development team.
Decompose and analyze tasks in the backlog.
Collaborate with the team to estimate task complexity.
Formulate suggestions for optimizing business processes to enhance efficiency, improve service performance, and reliability.
