Middle QA Engineer

Elinext (alliance of companies with offices in different countries) is an IT consulting company that have been delivering software development services on time and budget since 1997.

We are searching for a Middle QA Engineer for a group of products in the Infrastructure Management area that does discovery of corporate networks, monitors found software and hardware, generates reports, helps to troubleshoot issues, raises alarms for critical errors.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases;

• Perform manual testing to identify bugs and ensure software quality;

• Configure and maintain test environments;

• Collaborate closely with product and development teams to define testing requirements and ensure quality standards.

Requirements:

• Commercial working experience: 2+ years;

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment;

• Hands-on experience with performance, load, and stress testing;

• Understanding of microservices architecture and testing strategies for distributed systems;

• Experience testing REST APIs, including using tools like Postman or automated API testing framework;

• Basic scripting skills in Bash or Python.

• English language at Intermediate+ level is a must.

At least basic knowledge is important:

• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes;

• Proficiency in Linux OS and command-line usage;

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes;

• Ability to write and execute SQL queries for database validation.
