Senior/Middle Business Analyst

To support its rapid growth plans, Geo telemedicine LLC looking for a Senior/Middle+Business Analyst

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst;
• Strong knowledge of business analysis theory and basic understanding of SDLC;
• General understanding of the database structures and principles of forming queries and data processing;
• Knowledge of BPMN and UML notations (data flow, data sequence, state diagram, etc);
• Understanding of how an API works;
• Experience in designing interfaces (Axure, Balsamiq, etc);
• Competency in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence);
• Excellent communication skills, experience in public speaking;
• Experience in obtaining information from various resources and transforming it into requirements;
• Spoken and written English at upper-intermediate level or higher.

Will be a plus:

• Expertise building CRM/ERP systems;
• Experience in developing mobile applications;
• Basic knowledge of Product Management.

Main Responsibilities:

• Work in a cross-functional team (designers, developers, and QA engineers);
• Creating tasks in Jira using Use Cases, User Stories, Prototypes, etc;
• Communication with the team regarding requirements for the product being developed;
• Participation in the formation of UX/UI together with the design team;
• Analysis of the identified requirements, their detalization, and systematization;
• Maintaining project documentation and keeping it up to date, taking into account requirement changes.
