Business Operations Manager

To sustain and enhance this success, we are seeking a Business Operations Manager to assist in overseeing daily activities and maintaining smooth operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

In this role, you will focus on optimizing internal sales operations, ensuring streamlined workflows, maintaining compliance and supporting effective use of internal tools and systems.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying inefficiencies in business processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency

• Support resource allocation to optimize workflow and task management

• Gather and analyze operational data to identify issues and opportunities

• Maintain accurate records of operational processes, changes, and improvements

• Maintain and update the CRM to ensure all data is accurate, organized, and up to date

• Conduct audits of CRM deals to identify missing details or inconsistencies

• Work closely with the Growth team in a support capacity

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in business operations, project or process management, or a similar role, preferably within the fintech or technology sector

• Strong analytical skills for evaluating business processes and identifying areas for improvement

• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets) for tracking performance metrics and generating reports

• Project management skills, including task assignment, progress tracking, and coordination across teams

• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer relationship management tools

• Full English proficiency (C1+)
