We are a product IT company specializing in software development for trading platforms. Operating in the B2B segment globally, we collaborate with companies from various countries, using English as our primary language. We are currently seeking a recruiter to help us find new team members who will contribute to our growth and success.

For this position, be prepared for an interview in English and to complete a small task.

What You Need to Do:

• Write and post job vacancies on relevant job sites and public platforms.
• Review incoming responses and proactively search for candidates who match the vacancy requirements.
• Conduct screenings and interviews with candidates, including those in English.
• Maintain a dashboard and provide regular reports on company employees.
• Assist in preparing necessary documents for new employees.
• Prepare and present analytical studies related to recruitment and employee performance.
• Conduct employee surveys as requested, gathering feedback and insights to improve organizational practices.
