Head of Sales (Batumi, Georgia)

We are currently looking for an experienced and ambitious Head of Sales to join our team.

Functional responsibilities:
- Development and management of the sales department.
- Formulation and implementation of sales strategies aligned with the company's goals.
- Analysis and coordination of marketing and advertising activities to boost sales.
- Monitoring and analyzing competitors and consumer trends.
- Recruitment, training, and onboarding of interns.
- Analysis and optimization of sales processes to improve efficiency.
- Training and development of the sales team, including training and supervision of sales managers.

Requirements:
- English language proficiency: B2/C1
- Experience in CRM Bitrix
- Experience in managing a sales team.
- Knowledge of sales methods and techniques.
- Experience in recruiting and training employees.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Responsibility and reliability.
- Work experience in real estate (necessarily).
- Understanding of the Arab market.
