RPA and Agentic AI Automation Senior Business Analyst

We’re looking for an experienced RPA and Agentic AI Automation Senior Business Analyst to join our team.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in process automation business analysis
• Experience in building high-level hiperautomation roadmaps
• Experience in pre-sales activities
• Ability to lead negotiations with enterprise clients on different levels
• Love for innovation and curiosity about new technologies
• Being a quick learner and ability to understand on a high-level complex technical concepts
• Being self-driven and able to work independently, as well as lead BA and technical teams
• Excellent English and strong communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Working on various RPA and Agentic automation projects as a lead consultant and a seniour business analyst
• Working closely with the RPA CoE head on RPA and Agentic automation business development
• Working with key enterprise clients on developing automation roadmaps and automation opportunity mining
• Undertaking presentations and workshops for prospective clients
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients throughout the pre-sale process
• Collaborating with the Sales and Pre-Sale teams to support new client acquisition efforts
• Together with the RPA CoE team driving RPA and Agentic automation expertise at the corporate level

• Experience in sales and/or marketing
