Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the onboarding process for new employees.
- Collect and process all necessary employment documents.
- Enter employee data and documents into the HRIS (HiBob).
- Serve as a point of contact for new employees, addressing any questions during their probation period.
- Gather and analyze feedback on the probation period experience.
- Facilitate communication among key stakeholders, including HR Administrators, Recruiters, HR Business Partners, and Management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an HR department, specifically in personnel management.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS (preferably HiBob).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Language skills: Native or near-native proficiency in Russian, with English at a B2 level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of labor legislation.
