Marketing Director
Professional responsibilities:
• Monitoring and analyzing the domestic pharmaceutical market. Cooperation with analytical
companies. Using other available resources to gather information about the market. Analyzing
and determining of the reasonableness/perspectives for import and launch of the new brandedgeneric products of company; Strategic planning of company’s development.
• Planning,coordinating and controlling the Regulatory Affairs Manager’s activity in the area of medicines'
registration and trademarks' registration.
• Face to face negotiations and meetings with authorities of the MOH and National center for
expertise of medicines, medical devises and medical equipment.
• Field force team building: hiring the regional medical representatives for hospital segment.
(cooperation with recruiting companies and using other available resources ).
•Planning, organization, control and regular reporting of subordinated staff. Defining and
implementing of KPI. Evaluating monthly and quarter performance of employees.
• Planning, organizing and conducting the trainings for regional medical representatives with
further controlling of results and feedback (inviting consulting companies and trainers for that).
•Negotiations with national distributors, signing / prolongation of contracts, planning and
monitoring of imports. Monitoring of the stock remainders, expiration date, etc.
• Monitoring of tenders and hospital procurements; conducting relevant measures along with
partner wholesalers for getting result.
• The collection and control of the preparation of documentation for the mandatory introduction
of the company's products in the local hospital treatment protocols and protocols of the
republic level. Collaboration with hospitals' clinical pharmacologists to show reasonableness and
necessity of our products for hospital purchasing.
• Calling double/mutual visits to KOLs, Key customers/doctors, heads of hospital drugstores and
heads of hospital departments etc.
• Creating marketing plans, yearly marketing budget management, P&L management.
Undertaking and organizing marketing activities: dinner meetings, seminars, master classes etc.
for target auditory.
• Monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting directly to head office.
Professional achievements:
• During the period 2014-2015, increased the hospital sales of Ampicillin/ sulbactam injectable
forms by 50%. (Almaty, Astana).
• Successful completion of the registration process of 8 new branded generics on the Kazakhstan
market.
•Successful completion of 2 registration renewals.
