• Inspection passive fire protection of structures and piping inspection fendolite of structures and piping Responsible for stage wise painting / coating inspection. • Undertake QC painting / coating activities in the work place for daily basis. Monitor weather condition for surface preparation and painting / coating application. • Prepare “inspection & test plan” (ITP) for specific project / company requirements/ surface preparation and painting / coating procedure Hot dip galvanizing coating inspection in galvanizing plant. • Execute Painting / coating inspection work as per company / project inspection test plan. • To check and monitor all painting / coating related works and ensure all final products meet in accordance with company procedure, client requirement and international codes. • Responsible for incoming coating / painting material inspection and has to ensure whether these materials suits to meets the requirements of project specifications. • Prepare all necessary QA / QC painting / coating documents and handed over to clients review. • Review of calibration status of IMTE items. • To undertake test qualifications for spray painters, brush painter’s hydro blasters & abrasive blasters. • Co-ordinate with the paint manufacturer technical representative on daily basis.

• Preparation of Inspection &Test Plans (ITP) Technical queries (TQ) of Method Statements and Inspection Requests. • Preparing ITP, establishing hold points & witness point non-conformance management and reviewing/ verify approved drawings, client specifications, ITPs, QCPs. • Proposed action & follow-up for closing of raised NCRs & Client/Consultant issues. • Raising & resolving Quality issues in Client/Contractors meetings & providing solutions to Project Quality issues. • Preparation of and qualification of Welding procedures and welder qualifications to ASME, API and AWS code requirements. • Visual inspection of piping weld joints for materials like CS, SS, Alloy Steel, DSS & SDSS of different sizes as per ASME B31.3 standard. • Monitoring of consumable storage, handling, packing and drying temperature as per project approved procedure. • Review material test certificates and welding consumable batch certificates. • Checking weld joint preparation, fit up, alignment & dimensional inspection as per drawings. • Monitoring welders and welding parameters before, during and After Welding as per approved WPS. • Monitoring of Pre heat, Inter pass temperature and inter pass cleaning as per WPS. • Supervision and inspection Welding, Pre-heat and Post Weld Heat Treatment (P.W.H.T.) • Of weld. • Witnessing MPT, DPT, PMI (positive material inspection). • Preparation of joints for NDE as per required Inspection Class. Review welder performance weld repair rate on weekly basis.
