About me

In brief: In the industry I’ve got good education, skills and solid records of project management and plant management. I’m able to prepare, approve and succeed the project. I’ve got a solid record of the management of the factory during the crises both reducing the volume of outcome and fast growth of demand therefore it made for prompt increasing of the producing. The project included the collecting and processing the all information to prepare, estimate and start the project up (or decline it), from the ground stage to the turnkey stage. I am able to chose and implement the technology, taking on the personnel. I study permanently all modern methods and ideas in management like TOC and LEAN-production. I have vast, valid and ramified net of contacts around of Russia and Europe. In the retail I am experienced top-expert and top-manager in the commerce, procurement (SCM), development, category management. I succeed some projects of retail chains starting-up, lot of the optimization projects in the retail (DIY, household especially). I’ve got huge professional net of the contacts in this sphere either in Russia or the rest of the world. I posses some quite good educations in spheres like cybernetics, engineering, finance, marketing, management which were implemented, tested and improved during my work life. I am able to process the quite complicate projects almost alone, by myself, and succeed it. It’s a big advantage when you need to obtain the good result for affordable price. As for weaknesses, I’m an extinct in Russia type of ones who doesn’t accept and admit any kind of bribes and theft therefore I’m not up in GR in my country.
