Use MatMan to upload MSR (Material Status Report) and PO Receiving Status Report for VOWD preparation of contract PO’s. Update Contractor CSR (Contract Status Report) and Phasing Summary, make monthly reconciliation in VOWD Cost Report, update new Contract Amendments. Work with Contracts Group on issuance and review of RWE/CWE/AWEs from Contractors. Prepare and update Monthly Workforce Manpower Reports for Contractors Make Journal Entry (JE) transfers to reallocate costs
