Recently completed Backbone Project (Standartisation of work management, materials management, finance and procurement) for BP via IBM as a Traning Lead for Suppliers in AGT Region. Key Features: • Administration of EPC contract with Client and subcontracts for construction of Offshore Platforms as Main Contractor; • Supply Chain Management of services, goods, fabrication works and materials for Offshore Engineering and Maintenance Services as Main Contractor; • Commercial Management of main construction contract and principal subcontracts for construction of Hydropower Plant as Owner; • Contract Management and outsourcing of services, goods and consultancies to support open pit Gold and Copper Mining Operations as Owner; and • Commercial Management of service contract for Supply Base Management (Materials Management and Logistics to support Offshore Rigs Operations) as Contractor.
