Responsibilities as Operations manager represent: project management, including planning and control of the project, team communications. Management of trade marketing division, development of entity operations strategy, budget and structure, annual sales planning analysis and monitoring, annual reporting and frequent negotiations with company partners. Responsibilities as Development manager include organizing and conducting training's for employee internal development, such as “Successful sales”, “Merchandising”, “leadership and team management”.

Responsibilities included representing company on official meetings and events, negotiation with vendors and managing flexible benefits, administration of contracts, acts of acceptance, insurance and travel documentation. Providing of translation services on official meetings and routine administrative assistance, such as coordination of correspondence flow, scheduling meetings and organizing events
