- Control the aircraft engineering issues to assure the Continuing Airworthiness and perform technical review of the aircraft in order to improve the on-time, reliable, safe and cost effective performance; - Issuing and integration of new proposal, amendments and requirements for the Aircraft Maintenance Program; - Identification, reviewing, production and following up of technical documentation related to new airworthiness directives, service bulletins, service letter and Supplemental Type Certificates; - Participation in the reliability program to ensure adequate monthly and six-month reliability reporting, follow up of identified improvement actions to improve on-time availability of the aircraft; - Production of engineering analysis and definition of root-cause corrective actions related to technical flight incidents reports; - Managing repair, Dent and Buckle files; - Provision of assistance during the audit for the Airworthiness Review Certificate and correction of the audit nonconformities; - Performance of the physical review of aircraft to check the correctness of Dent and Buckle files; - Provide AOG support for structural repairs and approval; - Provide assistance to phase in/ phase out projects of aircraft.

-Project Certification Manager (PCM) for Supplemental Type Certificate – STCs on certification as well as validation certification projects. In the frame of this activity, I was exposed to the entire certification process and tasked to technically coordinate a full team of EASA Experts during all the four phases of the project up to issuance of the final approval. -Creator and technical coordinator of the successful EASA e-STC Newsletter, a new innovative leaflet aimed to enhance communication with external stakholders and establish an additional way of exchange information. -Coordinator of the EASA STC Workshop 2018 and brilliant designer of all the visual aids used to support this very successful event. -Managerial Support and PCMs coordinator of the implementation roadmap for the new regulation EASA Part 26 on Ageing Aircraft rulemaking. -Technical coordinator on the investigation on autopilot functionality and failure conditions in the frame of Continued Airworthiness activity -Primary contributor to the creation of the Validation Work Plan for EASA-FAA TIP rev.6

As project engineer, I was following every step of the helicopter maintenance on Aliduania fleet and on customers helicopters. I was responsible for organization of the helicopter maintenance schedule, assignation of the right certified engineer for each maintenance task, control of availability of all the necessary tools and parts, their right certificates and supervise the maintenance documents. Furthermore, since I was the customers focal point, I had to keep the maintenance cost and the spare parts order under control. At the same time, I was also dealing with the quality department providing assistance during the audit and solve the nonconformities.

As a country manager / business developer I was responsible for figuring out the new ways of improvement of the Italian and European website business such as adding new content on the website, conducting different interviews of significant representatives of the aviation sector and contacting a lot of aviation companies to offer our services of advertisement.

The main activity was the car sales but I was involved in many other activities as after sales to improve the customer fidelity, warehouse management to improve the parts in stock and reduce the cost, online marketing to improve visibility of the car dealership on the market

As a design engineer I was assigned to the European Space Agency project called “Composite Lattice/Grid Structures for Space Applications: Design, Manufacturing and Testing of a Small Scale Demonstrator”. My initial task was to investigate potential candidate launcher primary structures, or other spacecraft’s primary structures, for which the use of the grid/lattice composite architecture could be potentially proved beneficial. After the identification, I had to design the structure selecting the best geometric features, weight and material respecting the European Space Agency requirements. Among my other tasks, there also was the creation of a report about the project development to inform the European Space Agency.
