Key Responsibilities/ Achievements: ● Manage the Credit Risk Group, develop proper analytics and report to the Board of Directors ● Prepare complex formal written credit underwriting for commercial credit facilities, including analysis of financial statements, forecasts, industry trends, collateral adequacy and risk analysis ensuring compliance with policy and approval documents, highlight and classified deal related credit risks. ● Assessment and mitigation of corporate credit risk, make a credit decision under the delegated limit. ● Work on Fixed Income Securities and Counter-Party Credit Risk Assessment, Credit Underwriting. ● Make a conclusion, stipulate credit risk department position and suggest the optimal deal structure ● Work on Rating system, FI Risk limitation, Risk Based Pricing, Stress scenarios, Validation and Risk Appetite ● Liaison with National Bank (Regulatory), external and internal Auditors ● Work on Bank Strategy and partly engaged in implementation process
