Responsible over KPI monthly reporting to the HQ in Stuttgart: data collection and analysis, presentation to the Board of Management on main trends in business case development of the factory • Daily, weekly, monthly reporting on the production volumes/Logistics situation to the Management in HQ • Preparation of data, statistics and reports on request from the COO/CEO/CFO • Leading the optimization projects in the CEO and COO areas • Coordination of the monthly newspaper editorial, fostering the culture of transparency and accessibility of the information at the factory • Daily assistance to the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive officer
