- verification of procured material as well as prepare the documents and register (in Incoming control log) as per the results of verification; - check the availability of supporting documentation for material that confirms the quality and completeness; - timely clearance of materials release for construction as per results of verification; - claims for nonconforming products; - periodic control for observing the rules of storing and issuing the material for construction by Store keepers; - information sharing to subdivisions about the quality of procured material; - notify the Vendors about the discrepancies and non-conformance of material identified during the inspection, during the process of operation; call if required the Vendor representatives for taking part at acceptance and preparing the acts of material non-conformity; - gathering the statistical information of delivered material quality level (dynamics) from Vendors.
