-Receive original punch list by Discipline Supervisor and record them on the punch list record logbook,assuring that the punch lists are entered into the PL Management System. -Supply a work printout of the punch list to the Discipline Supervisor/ Owner on request. -Maintain updated progress of closed punch list items. - Address Discipline Supervisor on punch list close -out as per priority of Commissioning Group. -Monitor the preparation of Construction part of Field Inspection and Certification Dossier by Subcontractor. -Monitor the preparation of Precommissioning/Commissioning part of Field Inspection and Certification Dossier by Mechanical Completion Office including the Pre commissioning Certification Traceability matrix.

- Preparing DMC (Dsicipline Mechanical Completion) and MC (Mechanical Completion) Packs for handover to the client (BP) - Searching and highlighting the limit of the DMC & MC as per approved Master Mark-Up Drawings - Working with P&ID drawings, single line diagrams, Instrument Diagrams and Vendor drawings - Familiar with ITR’s (Inspection Test Reports), working with Certificates - Preparing As-Built drawings for the handover packs, checking the limit and reporting if limit is not as per the Master Mark Up drawings - Attend the tri-party walk down with commissioning team - Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, & Commissioning Department in identifying & establishing the hierarchy of Subsystem & System areas for Mechanical Acceptance Package for issuance of Mechanical Acceptance Certificate - Coordinate with subcontractors in identifying and submission of Checksheets (inspection records) and to identify, populate & scan of checksheets to be populated in the database - Coordinate with Construction Dept for Punchlist activities to be populated in the database Development and maintenance of Mechanical completion hand packs/work packs

- Able to work in high voltage substation :110kv/35kv/6kv/0.4kv Knowledge of electrical engineering systems. - Prepare electrical drawings and specification. - Manage project schedules and budgets, and obtain permits for operations. - Make engineering calculations in connection with field and office assignments. - Investigate problems and recommend solutions. - Ensure compliance with safety requirements and standards procedures. - Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, project schedules, designs, circuit diagrams, and estimates for construction and maintenance of power generation projects. - Provide technical support for system operations and maintenance. - Direct, prepare, review and approve contract documents and specifications, making modifications and recommending alternatives as needed. - Attend meetings on site.
