Remote consulting and support on various projects related to the implementation and administration of print-related systems, including statistics gathering, monitoring, and configuration of printing devices. Implementation of pull-printing systems. Coordination of local tech support teams.

• Have proven successful experience in MPS project implementation (up to $2M TCV). • Direct contacts with customer's top management, in-contract hardware and software sales & renewals. • Sales and rollout of software print management solutions (hands-on experience with HP Access Control, HP Advance, WJA, UPD, HP Security Manager, HP Device Connect, etc. • Management of hardware supply, installation, and maintenance on customer sites (up to 150 locations across the region) • Coordination of regional service partners' activity, control of supplies delivery, and payments. • P&L control and forecasting. • Team management (up to 25 FTE)

• IT project management in the market-leading company (development and rollout of business applications in the e-commerce area, Agile, Scrum). • Analyze, plan, and control development tasks, testing, and implementation (Website www.mvideo.ru + back-office). • Budget planning and control. • Key stakeholder negotiations, and CAB meetings. • External contract delivery.

• Analyze, support, and administration of corporate business applications (ERP, POS systems, bank-client, corporate software, etc.) • Second-level support tasks, problem escalation to the development team (Germany), and solution delivery control. • Administration of Windows-based infrastructure including MS Server OS, DNS, AD, DB Servers, permission control, GPO, FTP server, and Corporate websites. • Creation of complex SQL reports (MS SQL server). Data warehouse maintenance. • First-level support and user administration (help desk) in a large organization (over 3000 employees) - MS Office, Internet, Windows, AD, ERP, corporate IT solutions, etc. • Participation in new store openings - installation and configuration of POS systems, training and consultancy for end users, user manuals creation, and train-a-trainer programs. • Participation in the development and implementation of corporate IT solutions, and coordination of regional IT support services.
