• Supervise planning requirements for department, division, project, or organization and lead channel planning activities in accordance with Corporate Procedures. • Contribute to the development of the strategy for schedules and detailed schedule plans, ensuring that they accurately reflect the overall strategy and priorities of key stakeholders at any point in time • Establish and define any job oriented project control procedures and identify the level of resources required to operate them. • Develop in conjunction with the Project Director and Client a suitable Work Breakdown Structure for the project. • Establish and agree the level and frequency of reporting required by the project. • Establish and communicate schedule baseline and ensure control mechanisms are in place to monitor performance. • Review overall project status with the Project Controls team and Project Management and recommend corrective action where necessary. • Ensure that all planning reports are prepared and issued in accordance with the Project Coordination Procedure. • Supervise the activities of the planning department both in their productivity and the technical adequacy of their output. • Liaise with other Departments at all meetings relevant to project operations and ensure that the time and cost plans are updated to reflect latest information

• Review and approve / comment on the Construction schedules as submitted by the Contractor(s) and ensure the Construction Schedule is in compliance with the overall project schedule. • Review and approve / comment on the procurement schedules as submitted by the Contractor and ensure the procurement schedules are in compliance and are coordinated with current construction schedules. • Review and continuously monitor, against approved schedules, the Contractor's major construction progress and ensure equipment and manpower are adequate or in case of any shortage report to Projects Controls Manager. • Review in detail the recovery schedules as submitted by the Contractors and ensure manpower and site supervision staffs are increased properly. • Regular visits to project sites to validate whether the progress of work on site is in compliance with approved schedules, whether major milestones have been met and report deficiencies to Projects Controls Manager. • Review all daily, weekly and monthly reports as submitted by Contractor and report to Projects Controls Manager any deficiency or non-compliance. • Review any claim involving time impact as submitted by Contractor and report his assessment to Projects Controls Manager. • Review field design changes and Trend Notices and assess time impact, if any. • Advise the Projects Controls Manager of any foreseen slippage of progress and corrective actions to be taken. • Attend weekly progress meeting and monthly Executive meetings and participate in preparing the agenda. • Assist Projects Controls Manager during preparation of Monthly Progress reports and Monthly Executive Presentations. • Review the commissioning plans as submitted by Contractor and ensure its compliance with the approved construction schedule. • Participate with PM staff in reviewing the Close-Out Reports as submitted by Contractors.

Duties: * Preparing Work Execution Programmes (Baseline Programmes, Engineering and Procurement Schedules, Look ahead Programmes, EOT Programmes, Critical path analysis, Recovery Programmes etc) using Primavera Project Planner 6.0. R8.3 * Updating and monitoring the progress on site and creating Reports, Quantity & Cost Loaded Programmes, Tracking sheets & Manpower analysis, KPIs using Primavera 3.1or 6 & MS Excel. * Prepares Presentations related to Project progress, delays & concerns for Monthly Contract review meeting with top managers. * Maintaining Weekly, Monthly progress reports, resource usage and necessary histograms as required by the Project Manager. * Preparing extension of time claim programmes in consent with the Planning Manager and Commercial Manager; coordinating with the commercial department for Prolongation Cost Claims. * Preparing Delay Analysis Programmes and Detailed Particulars related to Claims.

Duties: * Prepare EPC detailed programme. * Resource and cost loading. * Detailed site related schedules (spreadsheets). * Working with scheduling software packages such as Primavera P6 R8.2. * Earned value management EVM. * Probabilistic Planning. * Resource management and KPI’s. * Claim analysis. * Weekly and monthly review and reporting. * Reporting to client and consultants. * Reporting to the construction management and teams. * Reporting to the procurement department and prepare material consumption. * Follow up progress status, updates and productivity through daily reports.

Duties: * Preparation of Programs / Cash flow / Progress Update format. * Claim Preparation Submission/ EOT Discussion. * Commercial Reports. * Weekly / Monthly Progress /Project Internal Meetings. * Criticality Identification and advising the project team. * Liaise with SPM/PM for the smooth functioning. * Assisting in Identification of delays & Notifying of delays. * Cost control by Optimization & balancing the resources utilization.
