Overall responsibility to manage and enhance logistics, planning, stock management and distribution procedures; Play vital role in plant efficiency improvement and costs reduction  Forecast weekly/monthly sales and production plans per SKU  Monitor monthly sales performance and feedback Commercial Department on forecast accuracy  Keep close coordination with Technical Department on planning of plant maintenance and installation, with further amendments to the production plan  Analyze and comment on the KPI achievements and deviations of Logistics’ Department, suggest improvement action plans  Lead sales & operational planning meetings with Commercial, Finance, Production, purchasing Departments participation, coordinating planning and reporting activities  Protect expense, headcount, overtime and investment budgets of Logistics’ Department  Actively participate in achieving the company Strategic Plans and the annual budgets  Monitor compliance with Efes Beer Group and Efes Georgia rules and policies  Implement new policies and guidelines  Control raw material and finished goods stocks at optimal level according to forecasts  Perform monthly and year end stock counts  Participation in negotiations with suppliers, defining terms and conditions of contracts  Monitor over the performance of the contract and final acceptance  Monitor customs clearance and after clearance operations  Organize various types of transportations  Monitor over the performance of the cooler refurbishment center  Monitor performance of the cooler maintenance team on the field  Coordinate team of export operations  Participate in purchasing operations as a permanent member of the tender committee  Prepare various reports

* Preparation of documents and pre-import declaration ; * Customs clearance of imported oil and other goods ; * Relationship with tax and customs departments ; * Arrange railway and truck transportation to customers
