Operation Supervisor Fishing, Rental, Well Bore Clean out (WBCO) & TRS
• Responsible for Supervising all TRS, Rental, Fishing & WBCO Job load outs at OWS Base, preparing equipment load outs, planning TRS, Rental, Fishing & WBCO tool utilization, liaising with customers on a day to day basis for preparation of Fishing & WBCO Tool Packages & Quote. • Building good business relationships with operators, ensuring all invoicing for TRS , Rental, Fishing & WBCO department is conducted in a timely manner • Managing the Fishing& WBCO inventory and replenishing stocks when necessary in a timely manner and reporting on a weekly basis consumption and utilization of inventory and asset levels to line management, ensuring adequate stock of TRS, Rental, Fishing & WBCO in Kish Base at all times and to ensure that OWS TRS, Rental, Fishing & WBCO Equipment and Inventory are all fully serviced, maintained, inspected to OWS Standards and to report any faults/shortages back to line Management. • Supervise and Select suitably trained personnel to carry out casing and tubing running operations & Fisherman at rig site installations, within the client’s time specification in compliance with the Competence Assurance System. • Get Fisherman & TRS crews ready prior to going to rig site with job specific details. On returning from rig a full debrief is an essential requirement for this position to enable any issues to be addressed and gain valuable lessons learned. • Review the customer equipment requirements and ensure the equipment requested is suitable for the specific ongoing operations and sufficient back up equipment is on location to successfully complete the operation to a quality and safe standard. • Ensure field performance, service quality and meeting the customer’s requirements in the operations are achieved in accordance with approved industry standards, quality procedures and within industry safety guidelines. • Provide technical support to the personnel regarding equipment requirements, equipment failures and equipment modifications required to successfully complete rig specific operations to a high standard. • Review training requirements with the training department for all personnel and introduce refresher training in order to update the competency passports carried by personnel which are deemed necessary by industry standards. • Delegate responsibilities and tasks within the team as appropriate to the team. • Liaise with Fisherman & Chief Crew ensuring that customer requirements are addressed and communicate any special requirements to the maintenance and logistic department. • Responsible for all paper work associated with Ordering material, prepare required equipment and spare parts for further jobs. Prepare Daily, Monthly and Annual operations reports. • Sends equipment to be inspected to Inspection Department with Work orders attached. • Provides carrying out of Fisherman & TRS works by crews, observance of the established production, fulfillment of the work and service, rhythmic production of high quality. Organizes preparation of production in time, appropriate shipment of the equipment. • Makes efficient control over materials and energetic sources provision, technically correct exploitation of the equipment and other main means, economic usage of raw materials, fuel, materials, detecting, preventing and eliminating reasons of the production violation. • Fulfill job on survey and organization of additional production reserves in order to raise the quality of labor and quality of the production, to decrease expenses (labor and material) • Takes part in operative planning of the production, on norms improvement, attestation and work places, distribution of the advanced methods, on labor expenditure decrease. • Analyzes the results of industrial activity of the location for shift, reasons which can occur standby of the equipment and service quality decrease, takes part in working out and introduction corrective actions.
