Within a six months period renegoitated and signed about three hundred contracts with suppliers to deliver goods to central warehouse. Drew up and implemented a plan to review the product groups, as well as provided the preparation of product groups for reassession. Developed and implemented common procedure of product turnover for local and imported purchasing.

Within of two month period finalized 200 agreement with suppliers; 35 agreement with franchise partners; balanced the budget; optimized the amount of employees; opened 19 new stores in 2010; positive cash-flow; did it without additional financial resources.

Main tasks: the restructure. In July 2009 closed daughter company Jomo, which had been importing goods and was unprofitable, with very hight debitory risk. In october 2009 closed Elvi logistic center as it was unprofitable, with very hight debitory risk. Within of one and half month renegotiated and concluded 80 agreements with suppliers to switch delivery from delivery center to direct delivery to the stores; optimized stuff, layoff about 70% of employees; significantly cutback expenses; developed the restructure plan.

Main tasks: starting the company off the ground; marketing research, developing the brand, choosing a layout and location for the stores, writing a business plan, drawing up the budget and overseeing of it’s fulfillment, forming the company structure, deciding on and implementing the accounting system, overseeing an operative work, pulling the financial resources. Near 100 employees; responsible for the following departments: financial, legal, purchase, trade, IT, logistic.

Quantity of stores – 7. Responsible for the following departments: purchase, marketing, IT, logistic. Main tasks in purchase department: negotiating and concluding an agreements; controlling an assortment forming; controlling sale prices; drawing up and overseeing the budget fulfillment; organizing import of goods; controlling goods replacement in the stores in timely manner; surveilance. Main tasks in marketing department: the newsbuilleten publishing control, action goods circulation control, examining and making decision regarding acceptation of vendor’s offer on action goods assortment. Logistic department: starting off the ground import of goods, hands on goods movement, warehouse activities surveilance. Main tasks in IT department: SAP implementation, coordination of department activities on daily basis. Administrating the connection of the accounting system to the existing net for new stores. Participating on the board meeting; reporting about departments activity; regular accounts about income/expenses.

Responsible for the following group of goods: home textile, clothes, shoes, household items, fast moving non food group; nine (9) subordinates. Responsible for placing of orders in tilely manner and conformity of the amounts ordered; Cooperation with Chineese and European partners; Surveillance over local purchases – negotiating and participating at the conclusion of contracts; stock control; decision on sales prices acception; the goods placing decision in T Market and Maxima stores.
