Reginal Business Development Coordinator
Function N 1: Commercial Coordination for KTIB HOLDING Regional Companies (Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Russia, UAE)
• Calculating sales prices for projects and RFQ in accordance with the company rules of profitability
• Preparation of yearly BD Budget (for all regions) (yearly)
• Analysis of Actual Yearly BD Budget with the Planned. Development Trend Analysis Report (yearly)
• Preparation of Planned Equipment Purchase Report to Halliburton (KTB Partner) based on BD Annual Tender Plan. (yearly)
• Preparation of Sales Forecast over regions along with branch managers (yearly)
• Preparation of Analysis of Actual Sales report versus Sales Forecast (yearly)
• Commercial Analysis of market, assessment of competition ratio (quarterly)
• Research and Development for commercial adequacy of company policy (quarterly)
• Participation and pertinent educational programs
Function N 2 : Strategy Coordination for KTIB HOLDING Regional Companies (Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Russia, UAE)
• Sustain the growth of company’s business by Establishing new business relationship within the life Science Industry
• Evaluating the business ideas according to the company criteria
• Carrying our quarterly supporting market research and analysis and reporting to Board Members
• Negotiating and Conducting Confidentiality Agreements, R&D agreements, supply contacts for trial and industrial quantities.
• Assist to Board Members on preparation of Investment Plan (yearly)
• Establishing with Board Members Short terms Corporate Business Plan short term (yearly)
• Review and request for additions/addendums to Long term Corporate Business Plan
• Business Trips and meetings with Potential and Existing Customers (withing yearly budget)
• Participation and pertinent educational programs
• Chair New Product Commetee
Function N 3: Tender Coordination & Project Management for KTIB HOLDING Regional Companies (Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Russia, UAE)
• Developing the existing portfolio and identifying new business opportunities in tenders
• Review and approval of Tender Reports prepared by Tender Cooridnator
• Decision making for tenders (“bid or not to bid” process)
• Control of Tender Registration System to be in place and filled by Tender Coordinator
• Management of Tender Documentations preparation
• Assessment of Technical and Commercial Proposal to comply with RFQ/EOI/RFI
• Defining the scope of the project (tender) and assessing it versus company potential
• Assuming the “Project Champion” function for realization of project/tender
• Chief member of Tender Committee
Function N 4: Marketing for KTIB HOLDING Regional Companies (Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Russia, UAE)
A) Market Intelligence in the following areas:
• Life Science Industry in general
• New product
• Competitor intelligence (SWOT analysis report- quarterly)
B) Carrying out supporting market studies
C) Edit company literature, product profiles, company website
D) Organize and Manage the participation of Company at Exhibitions and Trade Shows regionally
E) Organize and Manage Customer Events
Function N 5: Customer Relations Management for KTIB HOLDING Regional Companies (Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Russia, UAE)
• Implement effective key account management
• Monitor and Update Quality Performance Database ( scorecard)
• Identify Decision Makers and the Major Accounts
• Ensure Flawless flaw of communication
• Assure proper administration of supply contracts
Function N 6: Trainings for KTIB HOLDING Regional Companies (for all HOLDING Branches)
• Cover the section “business development” in internal business trainings
